Golden Age – Simulation
WINNER OF BEST FILM ON CG ARCHITECT AWARDS 2011 is a film which speculates on a simulated architecture. It is concerned with technology, synthetic programmed spaces, and the temporality of our immediate conceived environment, physical or otherwise. It is part of a wider project which looks at a ‘downloaded’ architecture, radically changing the consumerist lifestyle we are all used to.

A short film for Foster + Partners, for their Hermitage Plaza scheme in La Defence, Paris.
When complete in 2016, the two towers will be the tallest mixed-use towers in Western Europe, at a staggering 323m!

BIG architects: loop city film
the ‘loop city’ proposal builds on the famous ’1947 finger plan’, which focused on connecting the suburb to the center. BIG proposes to continue to connect the area around the øresund strait in a sustainable spine of public transport, energy exchange and electric car infrastructure. the resulting development model circumscribes around the base of the ‘hand’, much like a bracelet, to combine new programs with the metro stations, providing an urban outlet throughout the suburbs.
